Terms & Conditions for Using the 35bp Platform

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 35bp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website located at https://35bp.io and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the 35bp service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest point of interaction with the platform, including merely browsing the site with an active account.

These Terms are supplemented by the 35bp Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published at the time of a bonus offer. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a 35bp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 35bp strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds returned, subject to verification of the funds' legitimate origin.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account creation and during use of the platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must represent a single, real, named individual.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of 35bp or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor partnered with 35bp.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 35bp or identified as a self-excluded player through any self-exclusion request.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

35bp reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being obliged to provide a reason, at its sole discretion.

You are permitted to hold only one account on the 35bp platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify 35bp immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your registered mobile number is lost or compromised. 35bp will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

35bp reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily for security verification purposes at any time, including upon detection of unusual activity, multiple failed login attempts, or a request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be requested at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 35bp are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard (subject to availability).

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of transaction confirmation. 35bp does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, provided that all KYC documentation has been completed and no active withdrawal holds are in place. Withdrawals are issued to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.

35bp reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity on the account.
• The player has not met any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• The account has not completed the required KYC verification process.
• The withdrawal request is subject to an ongoing dispute or investigation.

All funds deposited into your 35bp account are held in trust for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. 35bp does not pay interest on account balances. Funds must not be deposited for purposes other than participation in the games and services offered on the platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

35bp may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General rules applicable to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must typically be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain uncleared after this period will be forfeited without notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 35bp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus before any modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding whether a bonus has been correctly calculated or applied, the decision of 35bp shall be final.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value with minimal risk, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

35bp does not guarantee the continued availability of any bonus or promotional offer. Players should review the current promotions page for up-to-date offers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 35bp platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing your selections before confirming any bet. 35bp will not accept claims for compensation arising from incorrectly placed bets due to user error.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, 35bp reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the player's account. This applies to all products including live casino, slots, crash games, and sports betting.

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures). In the event that an official result is delayed or under dispute, settlement may be postponed until the governing body issues a final determination.

Maximum bet limits, minimum bet limits, and maximum payout limits apply to all products and markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may be adjusted by 35bp without prior notice. 35bp reserves the right to limit the stakes of any individual player at its sole discretion.

Game outcomes for all RNG-based products (slots, instant games, virtual sports) are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. These outcomes are independently tested to ensure fairness and cannot be influenced by 35bp or any player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 35bp account, whether under your own name or using a third party's details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or digital device to place bets or interact with games without human input.
• Exploiting Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of a software error, game glitch, or mis-priced odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards 35bp staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access the platform's back-end systems, databases, or other players' accounts by any means.

Responsible Gaming

35bp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We acknowledge that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose in a given period to help manage your spend.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive an on-screen notification when your limit is approaching.

Privacy & Data

35bp collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

We collect the personal information you provide during registration and account verification (including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details) for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with anti-money laundering obligations, and communicating with you about your account and promotions (where you have opted in to marketing communications).

35bp does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers (such as payment processors and game providers) strictly for the purpose of delivering the 35bp service. Intellectual Property

All content on the 35bp platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 35bp or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Use 35bp trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

35bp makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the service.

In any event, 35bp's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 35bp's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

35bp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, 35bp reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, balances will be returned promptly.

Amendments

35bp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice posted on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, via a notification to your registered mobile number or email address.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

In the event of a dispute, 35bp and the player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first being raised, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent mediator.

These Terms are to be construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, in accordance with the law applicable to online gaming services.
